Lisa has been immersed in the world of dance and performing arts since childhood, studying ballet, tap, modern, jazz, contemporary, drama, and musical theatre. She further honed her craft at the renowned London Studio Centre, where she completed a three-year program and earned a Diploma in Theatre Arts. Following her studies, Lisa spent a decade touring internationally with productions such as *Spirit of the Dance*, performing across London, Las Vegas, China, New Zealand, Europe, and the United States, as well as on prestigious cruise liners. She also appeared in various theatre productions, commercials, corporate events, TV adverts, and music videos, all while based in London. In 2005, Lisa relocated to South Africa, where she continued to thrive as a dancer, model, and actress. Her work included performances in theatre shows, spectaculars, TV commercials, and films, as well as notable appearances in fashion events such as South African Fashion Week. Lisa also ran her own event entertainment company, Centre Stage Entertainment, for five years. In this role, she conceptualized and choreographed for numerous corporate events. Her expertise and reputation led to invitations to guest judge at prestigious competitions such as the Dance World Cup, WLDF, and the Dance School Championships, experiences she found immensely rewarding. Throughout her career, Lisa has taken on a range of roles, from performer and Dance Captain to Company Manager for international productions like *Le Grand Cirque*, *Moscow Circus*, *Spirit on Broadway*, *Hannah Montana LIVE*, and *RED – The Indian Dance Spectacular*, staged at Joburg Theatre and Artscape, Cape Town. A certified Ballet Teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), Lisa is also trained in tap, modern, jazz, and Irish dance. She has taught at various dance studios and has a deep passion for guiding young dancers. Watching her students grow and succeed is one of her greatest joys!

She has completed all of her Royal Academy of Dance examinations, as well as the prestigious RAD Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies (CBTS). Angela received her foundational ballet training from a distinguished roster of ballet masters, including Ethne Ferraris, Barbara Chonin, Felicity Heyns, Celeste Greeff, Monique Fourie, and Joyce Myroff. Previously a professional dancer with The State Theatre, Pretoria (formerly known as PACT Ballet), Angela has extensive experience as a freelance ballet teacher across various schools in Johannesburg. Over the years, she has taught students of all ages, from beginners to Advanced level, nurturing their skills and love for dance. In addition to teaching, Angela has contributed to the choreography of numerous dance school concerts and Eisteddfods, further showcasing her creative and technical abilities. Angela’s teaching philosophy centers on the precise and progressive development of classical ballet technique, ensuring that her students are well-prepared for RAD examinations. She places equal emphasis on cultivating showmanship, performance quality, and musicality, essential for both examinations and live stage performances.
